porosity_based_averaging(labels, porosity, ref_image, threshold=0.3, disk_size=5, rev_size=0.005)

Custom (FFUM) averaging function that uses porosity in averaging.

Porosity values below 0.3 are not considered in the averaging process. Layer boundaries in the labels image are deactivated in the porosity image.

Labels image containing the segmentation of the geometry.

porositydarsia.Image

Image containing porosity values.

ref_imagedarsia.Image

Reference image for the REV.

Returns:

darsia.VolumeAveraging

Volume averaging object that uses the porosity image.
