class RotationCorrectionAssistant(img, **kwargs)[source]#

Class defining an assistant to set up darsia.RotationCorrection.

Set up the assistant.

Parameters:

imgdarsia.Image: Image to be corrected.
**kwargs: "threshold" (float) – threshold for active voxels. "relative" (bool) – whether the threshold is relative or absolute. "scaling" (float) – scaling of the signal strength. "verbosity" (bool) – verbose output (default False).
