class AbsoluteVolumeModelObjectiveMixin[source]#

Calibration model based on matching injection rates. Has to be combined with ConcentrationAnalysis.

Methods

`define_objective_function`(input_images, ...)	Define objective function such that the root is the min.

Define objective function such that the root is the min.

Parameters:

input_imageslist of np.ndarray: Input for _convert_signal.
images_difflist of np.ndarray: Plain differences wrt background image.
timeslist of float: Times.
optionsdict: Dictionary with objective value, here the injection rate.
