interpolate_measurements_2d(measurements, coordinate_system)

Build a voxelised spatial map from scattered measurements by RBF interpolation.

Parameters:

measurementstuple of numpy.ndarray

(x, y, data) arrays providing the interpolation input.

coordinate_systemdarsia.CoordinateSystem

Coordinate system of the corresponding physical image; sets the output shape.

Returns:

numpy.ndarray

The interpolated map.
