Analysis & registration#
High-level tools that compare images over time: concentration analysis from a baseline and a sequence of test images, registration of images that have moved or deformed, and calibration of the underlying models. The managers wire a full pipeline together for common experiment types.
Concentration analysis#
Class providing the capabilities to determine concentration/saturation profiles based on image comparison, and interpretation of intensity maps. |
Special case of the ConcentrationAnalysis performing a prior-posterior analysis, i.e., allowing to review the conversion performed through a prior model. |
Image registration#
Patch-wise registration of an image onto a fixed destination image. |
Class to detect the deformation between different images. |
Multiscale diffeomorphic image registration, for larger deformations. |
Class for translation analysis. |
Class for comparing segmented images. |
Calibration#
Abstract class for defining an objective function to be called in ConcentrationAnalysis.calibrate_model(). |
Calibration model based on matching injection rates. |
Calibration model based on matching injection rates. |
Abstract class for defining an objective function to be called in ConcentrationAnalysis.calibrate_balancing(). |
Calibration balancing based on reducing jumps over interfaces for a given labeled image. |
Managers#
Standard setup for an image analysis, in particular useful when analyzing a larger set of images in a time series. |
Base analysis class providing general tools to perform analysis based on darsia.ConcentrationAnalysis (and children). |
Manager wiring a baseline plus config into a tracer-concentration pipeline. |
General setup for an image analysis of time series aiming at analyzing CO2 evolution. |
